Inner City Enrichment Academy (ICEA) is a public homeschool enrichment program operated in partnership with Education reEnvisioned BOCES (ERBOCES). ICEA serves eligible Colorado homeschool families by providing part-time academic enrichment and educational support.

Public funds received through ERBOCES are used only for approved homeschool enrichment services.

As many Colorado homeschool families are aware, the 2026 legislative session resulted in significant changes affecting Homeschool Enrichment (HSE) programs operating through Colorado Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), including Education reEnvisioned BOCES (ERBOCES). While the state's funding model for the 2026–2027 school year remains unchanged, new application requirements, assurances, and compliance documentation are now required for all participating HSE
